Acceptance of these terms
By requesting, booking, or receiving services from RC Auto Wash, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book a service. These terms are intended to be read together with the package description and any written booking confirmation we provide.
Services and package scope
RC Auto Wash provides mobile and fixed-location vehicle detailing. A package includes only the work described in the applicable service menu or written confirmation. Results depend on the vehicle’s age, materials, previous care, condition, and the type and severity of contamination.
Requests outside the selected package may require an add-on, a revised quote, more time, or a different appointment. We may decline work that cannot be completed safely or responsibly.
Pricing, estimates, and vehicle categories
All displayed prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices depend on the package, vehicle category, condition, and optional extras. Luxury / Large labels are shown on our service menu with a plus sign and may require confirmation before booking.
Photos or an in-person inspection may be requested. If the vehicle differs materially from the information provided, we will discuss any revised price before completing additional work. Applicable taxes, if any, will be communicated at booking or payment.
Booking requests and confirmation
A message, email, or online request does not create a confirmed appointment by itself. A booking is confirmed only after RC Auto Wash accepts the requested service, vehicle, location, date, time, and price. Please ensure the information you provide is complete and accurate.
Payment and deposits
Any deposit requirement, payment deadline, accepted payment method, and balance due will be provided during booking. Do not send payment until we confirm the applicable instructions. A deposit, when required and accepted, may be applied to the final service total subject to the cancellation terms communicated with your booking.
Changes, cancellations, lateness, and no-shows
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Any cancellation window, rescheduling fee, deposit treatment, late-arrival rule, or no-show fee will be disclosed before the booking is finalized. Significant lateness may require a reduced service, revised price, or a new appointment.
Mobile service requirements
For mobile appointments, the customer is responsible for providing lawful access to the vehicle and a safe, suitable work area. Parking permission, building or property rules, clearance, noise restrictions, and access instructions must be arranged in advance by the customer.
Any requirement for water, electricity, keys, or other site access will be confirmed during booking. Travel availability and any travel charge depend on the service location. Weather or unsafe site conditions may require rescheduling or transfer to the fixed-location option.
Fixed-location appointments
Arrival, key drop-off, estimated completion, pickup, and location instructions will be provided when the appointment is confirmed. Customers must collect vehicles at the agreed time or contact us promptly if plans change. Any special storage or late-pickup arrangement must be accepted by RC Auto Wash in advance.
Vehicle condition and customer disclosure
Please disclose pre-existing damage, loose or delicate components, aftermarket parts, non-factory finishes, electrical issues, leaks, recent repairs, or other conditions that could affect safe detailing. We may photograph or document visible condition before service.
RC Auto Wash is not responsible for deterioration or failure caused by a pre-existing condition, concealed defect, normal wear, defective part, poor prior repair, or information the customer did not disclose, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal property and child seats
Remove money, valuables, documents, medications, electronics, personal items, and removable child seats before service. We may work around items left in the vehicle or decline to clean affected areas. We do not assume custody of personal property left in the vehicle.
Stains, odours, pet hair, salt, and hazardous materials
Complete removal of stains, odours, pet hair, salt, mould, biological material, or other contamination cannot be guaranteed. Heavy contamination may require an add-on, specialized service, or referral. We may stop or decline work involving needles, bodily fluids, pests, mould, chemicals, illegal materials, or another health or safety risk.
Results and service limitations
Detailing improves appearance and cleanliness but does not repair mechanical defects, deep scratches, chips, corrosion, failed clear coat, permanent dye transfer, worn materials, or other physical damage. No service promises a factory-new condition or full removal of every defect, stain, or odour.
Photos and inspection
We may request or take photos to prepare a quote, identify pre-existing condition, document work, or maintain service records. Photos will not be used for advertising or public promotion without separate permission from the vehicle owner or authorized customer.
Inspection and concerns
Please inspect the vehicle when service is completed and raise any concern as soon as reasonably possible. Give RC Auto Wash a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, where appropriate, address a service concern before arranging corrective work with another provider.
Damage and liability
RC Auto Wash will take reasonable care while providing services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss arising from undisclosed or pre-existing conditions, or loss outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.
Weather, rescheduling, and service refusal
We may reschedule, relocate, modify, pause, or refuse service when weather, site access, vehicle condition, safety, equipment failure, illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside reasonable control prevent safe or proper completion. We will communicate the available options as soon as reasonably possible.
Privacy and communications
Information you voluntarily send by email, Instagram, or a future booking provider may be used to respond, prepare a quote, schedule service, and maintain booking records. Third-party platforms process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your booking.
Third-party services and links
Our website may link to Instagram, email software, maps, or a future booking provider. Those services are operated by third parties. RC Auto Wash is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or independent data practices.
Intellectual property
The RC Auto Wash name, branding, graphics, website design, copy, and original content are owned by or licensed to RC Auto Wash. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the Canadian province where RC Auto Wash operates and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules continue to apply. The specific business jurisdiction will be confirmed before final publication.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as services, booking tools, or business practices change. The current version and revision date will be posted on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
